Scarlett then trained with now Callan Tansey Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and worked in the offices of Callan Tansey post qualification. A fluent French speaker, she moved to France for a period with her husband as he pursued his career in professional rugby. Whilst there, she continued to work in the field of law. After her return to Ireland, Scarlett continued to practice as a solicitor in a law firm in Kerry for several years. In 2016 she completed her LLM at UCC.

Scarlett is an excellent advocate and believes that everyone should have access to justice.

She also has strong ties to both Munster and Connacht.

Scarlett played camogie at underage level with her local GAA club in Kinvara and hockey with her local secondary school where they won several Connacht titles. Scarlett married into a family with strong rugby and Gaelic football connections which has continued with her own children.

Scarlett is based in our Limerick office but is also available for appointments and enquiries in Kerry.

She is happy to take the time to deal with all queries discreetly and with the utmost confidentiality, compassion and professionalism.

We were delighted with the service provided. Everything was great and we could not have asked for anything more.  In all our dealings with the firm, everyone was fantastic. The outcome was excellent”.
