Our Caroline McLaughlin, Partner in our Personal Injury Department acted on behalf of the family of Stephen Alexander in a fatal injury action. Mr. Alexander died following a road traffic accident on the N25 Bergerin, New Ross, Co. Wexford on 4 December, 2017.

Mr. Alexander was travelling in a vehicle with his brother Douglas Alexander, mother Lily Alexander and father Douglas Alexander, when their vehicle was involved in a collision with an articulated lorry. They were visiting Ireland to attend the funeral of a family member. All members of the Alexander family in the vehicle died as a result of the collision.
