A native of Sligo, Attracta joined the firm in January 2004 as the Practice Manager for the Sligo, Boyle, Ballina, Dublin, Galway, and Limerick offices. In addition to overseeing operations across these locations, she manages the firm’s IT infrastructure. Her responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place, optimising digital workflows, and driving technology initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across the firm.
Attracta oversees all aspects of Marketing and PR for the firm, including managing our website and leading our social media strategy. She is responsible for creating and curating engaging content across all social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement. Additionally, she monitors social media trends, analyses performance metrics, and implements strategies to strengthen the firm’s online presence. Beyond her marketing responsibilities, Attracta also serves as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm’s day-to-day activities.
As a key member of the Risk Assessment team, Attracta plays a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks within the firm. Her responsibilities include overseeing risk management processes, implementing policies to minimise exposure, and ensuring adherence to professional standards. She is also instrumental in the preparation and completion of the Annual Q6000 Audit for the Institute of Legal Standards and Research (ILSR), ensuring that the firm meets the highest benchmarks for quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
