Kyle Flynn is a native of Drumshanbo in Co. Leitrim and is a solicitor in the Medical Negligence Department. Kyle joined the firm in 2020 as a Paralegal and served his traineeship with the firm, before qualifying in 2025.
Kyle attended St. Patrick’s National School and Drumshanbo Vocational School before graduating from UCD with a degree in Civil Law (BCL).
He is vastly experienced in all manner of clinical negligence claims, including Orthopaedics, Fatal Injuries, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Accident & Emergency Negligence, Dental Negligence, GP Negligence, Surgical Negligence, and Misdiagnosis/Delayed diagnosis.
Kyle is a keen sportsperson playing GAA for his local club Allen Gaels and Golf in Carrick Golf Club, and he has a particular interest in sports injury litigation.
